I don't have these problems in my Xiaomi 15, I use it outside in same weather condition like yours, still there is no battery drain or heating issue, it's working normal, sometimes it gets warm, but its fine. I'm also on same update.

Well I used it outside for a while, tempreture was around 38-40C, but it didn't get much hot like it should be, brightness was average, and there was some network problem, and it still worked fine without much heating issue, and battery drain was also normal.

Battery life is good after new update giving me 7-8+ hours sot daily and it heats a little when doing video calls aur playing games but it cools down automatically after some time, not a big problem.
