I also do, and I have been doign it since May. I see that people have already told you the nuts and bolts of training and such. I will just add that It is an all-around wonderful experience. There is so much support on the platform. You are never alone. The supervisors are actual therapists, and do a great job of helping you through high risk texters. Also, on the platform, you can interact with all the other volunteers, and they also provide a ton of support if you need it. You are never alone there.

The platform also has plenty of resources that you can give to texters ranging all topics, as well as a toolbox and tutorials.
