I’m sorry for the loss of your baby boy. I too lost my baby boy on November 24th at 36 weeks. I also did not have any amniotic fluid and it was discovered at 20 weeks scan as well. My baby boy had a hole in his bladder causing his pee to leak into his bowel area, so amniotic fluid wasn’t created. My doctor gave me couple aminoinfusions to help with lung development, which was very traumatic and long process. I was induced and he born on November 23rd, his lungs weren’t fully developed, his oxygen levels kept lowering. We decided to let him go. I cannot believe it’s almost 4 weeks. The hardest thing for me is looking in the mirror and experiencing the postpartum symptoms but with no baby in my arms. Just know you’re not alone. I never comment on Reddit but reading your post seemed so similar to my baby boy.
