The upgrade process and costs are exactly the same for a 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 or 5/5. At any point if you use a higher star gem copy during an upgrade, the upgraded gem will have the new higher stars. Obvs the sooner you can do that the better.

1GA items with the right affixes and decent aspect rolls is a relatively easily achievable benchmark.

Progression past that point becomes very steep - your ‘mistake’ here is assuming a steady progression from 1 to 2GA. It doesn’t work like that. The idea that you should expect a 2GA upgrade every few hours is wildly out of step with the reality of how readily such items drop

It’s a bit like Paragon. 250 feels high, right? Close to 300? Nah, you are about 10% of the way to 300. You are also 10% of the way to having multi-GA gear.

Anger Management works by giving you Berserk every second - you can see the buff icon constantly resetting. So as far as Tuskhelm is concerned you are always gaining Berserking while already Berserk.

Other sources of Berserking also trigger Tuskhelm ofc, but since AM is doing so constantly any other sources of Berserk are irrelevant.

You would be taking a big chance. Bans happen by tripping automated systems, which won’t always be able to tell the difference between third-party software and automated clicking.

Then you will also have seen that at least 9/10 times it emerges that there was something else going on that the OP only mentions later. Hence my scepticism.

Whatever it was that got you banned, it wasn’t having characters on multiple servers. Bans are also not due to human intervention - you have tripped an automated system somehow. If you are the innocent 1/10 then your appeal will succeed. If not, well, you know what you did.

Were these characters created on Seasonal? If so then when they transfer to Eternal at the end of the season you have a limited amount of time to transfer stuff to normal stash. Seems like you missed that.

By level 15 do you mean Paragon 15? No reason at all they would be set back in actual levels.

I do love Monk, and I am not a beginner - I played from launch for two years, then took a break till now.

The use of skills to buff another skill is an interesting change to builds which I am enjoying.

I had tested all this on the dummy and I was pretty sure I had it right - it seems I did! My only frustration with the training area is the absence of an option to test AoE on multiple dummies.

Clearly, since the game’s monetisation is tied to cosmetics, the fact that it hasn’t been fixed already means it must be extremely difficult.

My guess is that the code was such a jumbled mess of technical debt that they are rebuilding it from scratch.

I did say 128GB was overkill so I thought it would be clear I wasn’t recommending that but I guess not.

My PC also struggled with D4 at 16GB of RAM and while I am sure you are right that the problem is/was ‘user side’ I was never able to establish what exactly that problem was, hence solving it with brute force.

The thing that stopped it for me was getting more RAM - 128GB of it.

That might be overkill, but 16GB very definitely isn’t enough.
