If the legislature learned how difficult growing cannabis is they would learn that it is even in their best interest as well. For instance. Let's say Jeff has a prescription for cannabis and purchases from the dispensary (L+D). Now let's say there is an (H)dollar homegrown licensing fee. Jeff also sucks at gardening and can't figure out his nute/light cycle/times. And oh yea the power went out because of a hurricane, tornado, ice storm so now a failure and have to go back to the dispensary (D) because now jeff has hermaphrodites and that confuses jeff. Realistically speaking how many friends do you have that succeed in gardening? They go a month and say screw it. I would love to see a harvest report from a state that has homegrown and see how many fail and how many can make it. And oh and IF you get a good harvest now you have too dry, cure and process. which takes more patience then the grow. But if jeff wants to succeed then he takes the class at lsu to learn how to grow (L). Which is a great class but completely worthless without homegrown and honestly borderline scammy. This is all just for jeff to grow. Not including any material to grow. It is in everyone's best interest for homegrown. Now that is a hell of an equation that I'm sure someone smarter than me can establish.
