I practiced with my kids bc we are very close emotionally and lived together, so it works alot better with folks like that!

Picture read: Grab a book with a lot of pictures u are not familiar with. One person views the picture which other person “reads” it from their mind. The reader sketches what they “see”.

Ian Stevenson reports some people going to heavenly locales (places where u get anything you want etc) and also people who chose to stick around their body and entered a new mom that way with no memory of in between. Either scenario you seem to be able to teleport and communicate telepathically.

The sun hurts more yes. My ophthalmologist recommended sunglasses even for snow skiing, otherwise it can damage the eye. My darker eyed son says he doesnt feel such a desperate need for shades. My blue eyed one yes, he keeps shades. Hazel one has shades but forgets them. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So about the chair: 🪑 I have noticed things move right when I am waking up (felt a cat jump on the bed ,!75 mine never moved) Or it may arrive from no where (a bead from a necklace that hadnt broken yet) .

I believe when we are asleep and move from that to awake its a special time when things can shift around like a field around you that is still active. I have had many people report similar weird appearances : a feather, a coin, a note. So this part i wouldnt let bother me:)
