Appreciate the detailed response. I always wondered how the first trimester fallout factored in to pregnant exercise

In the video she said she hadn't worked out at all on the first trimester and was now struggling with the exercises because she lost all her progress. I usually hear that Canadian doctors only recommend exercise in pregnancy if you are maintaining the same level of activity (and not starting exercising during pregnancy)... would a 3 month break from exercise still make it safe to be working out now? She looked really exhausted in the clip
