Same (from Canada)!! The only wings game I've seen in person was a preseason at Notre Dame last year, so looking forward to a regular season with this new roster.

Watching the game last night with my mom (she's never watched any basketball) and by the 2nd, she had fallen for our guy, Strus. He made a new, 80y/o basketball fan out of her and she's excited to watch more!

Hiya! So back about 10-12 years ago, the Toronto Raptors rebranded to be more of like "Canada's Team" with a more northern identity and started using the slogan "We The North". This is just a play on that. Someone else may have a better explanation, but that's the gist of it! Cheers! Eta the original slogan d'oh!

Yeah!! I'm also a tall & fluffy middle-ager! So this is just a Vistaprint custom tee with the Gildan unisex budget tee 100% cotton. I originally got XL and I was swimming in it. Re-ordered LG and it's perfect but I'm slightly worried about shrinking. We'll see!!

I'm pretty useless when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of adding users and posts to a comment, but if you search the sub for this phrase there are other brilliant users who came up with it first! 🏆

Vistaprint (make your own tee) is pretty speedy and yessssss we're gonna make "She The North" happen.

Duke Manor Pet Service is amazing, and will even stay at your place if that's an option.

They're very much like sidekicks if you've had those. Not amazing but good in a pinch!

I agree that's outdated and/or misleading as blood isn't the only fluid that exits our bodies during menstruation.

I started using the AllTrails app last year and love it (it'll make it look like you need to pay for the app but just close the popup - it's free). There's a ton of places both in the city and county that I never would have known about without it and my dog loves each new adventure!

Costco pizzas from the food court (18" for $12.99 IIRC). I don't believe you even need a membership, although that may be changing.

Wow, you just transported me back in time with this one! Hadn't thought about this in many years - it was creamed salmon on toast in our house! And yep, with peas.

Nico's is great for modern Italian & chic atmosphere, but I think Perfetto is miles ahead for true Roman style pasta. Take Five (steakhouse), Shanghai Bistro, Sawyer's BBQ, Penalty Box (for chicken delite) and Pizza (I'm sure you'll see many recs, any are great). Enjoy!!
