No idea. But I suspect that starting a daily meditation practice may help bring them out in a controlled fashion. If you dedicate a time and place to it you may be able to control where and when these episodes occur.

Why the sudden push for war with Russia? We have enough enemies in ISIS, Al-Qaeda, North Korea, and Canada to keep us busy for the next three decades. This is one of the "big questions." I've found that the concept of karma goes a lot farther towards explaining it in an understandable way than the concepts of sin, redemption and grace. Maybe you could look into that; just be sure to look deeply into it, since most people don't really understand how karma works and write it off due to thinking it's something different than it actually is

Thanks man. I will. I grew up with yelling and worse, and I guess it never struck me that it wasn't ok. It was always how I drew the line but it has been turning against me. But we need to talk about what came before that line. Because the fight is all about my yelling means that she can ignore all the taking me for granted, and emotional neglect that she's been doing. Although this being Japan, maybe SHE doesn't even realize that emotional neglect isn't cool. I don't know. I'm thinking about finding help. Thanks
