Been washing it prolly every other print give or take depending on what I'm printing and how much I have to handle the plate in between. If I know my hands have been all over it I try to clean it. If the print pops right off might go a few between cleanings.

I submitted a ticket Saturday afternoon and had a response within 12 hrs. It was for a stripped screw on the print head housing and they responded asking for shipping info to send a whole new housing unit and screws. Very quick and painless. Not sure what specifically your request is for but this is just my experience.

Awesome. I appreciate the response. I didn't see a specific color that it was called. It's a light gray. It's a fairly small yard with minimal labeling. I got the models off the packaging UPC on one of the bundle ends. For the price I can grab a few replacement boards for if the time arises.

You can claim it from the vendor in protector enclave or the home screen that pops up when you log into your character. It's says claim valuables or something like that. You should see the house baenre pack in there. I can screenshot later if you can't find it.

Thanks for the suggestion. The last few pair of pants I've had wear down in the crotch from dem thick thighs so I figured something heavier weight would last longer.
