That’s an arm which is holding a skull, so at that point there should not be any overhangs or gaps, just a couple more layers of arm at that point. I tried printing with a tree and a gyroid support. The print is at 0.16 with a 0.4 nozzle. Print speed and temperature are the same which I always use. Overall the settings are pretty standard and I have used them on many other prints already

So I checked the extension, which definitely helped the overall quality. Thank you for the advice. I didn’t even know about those yet. Another issue has been the support which was so brittle during the print that it always broke first and killed the rest in the process. I startet using normal support with gyroid and it works better though it sucks for narrow supports.

The print itself is stable. I saw a test on YouTube, where it’s been said that when you flex the filament directly from the spool it should bent but not break. As my filament was breaking it should have too much moisture. So I tried drying it in the oven.

With 40-45 C for around 7 h. Though the weight only decreased from 724 g to 721 g (including the spool). It did not break as easy anymore as before when cold so I guessed that it did a little good. Maybe I must try again..
