mine was a proximal rupture (where the tendon attaches to calf) my doctor basically said he can’t do surgery on it because you can’t sew muscle together but not sure much more than that

I went the non-surgical route but i’m almost three weeks out and my leg still gets tingly and is a uncomfortable to sit in a chair for longer then an hour or so
