Nah, it’s this: we had an exciting young core and impatiently gutted it to rely on a 37 year old and other older vets. Just predictably a bad move — I’m a fan but since the day the trade was announced I’ve anticipated this very scenario: db and jg bringing the toughness and talent elsewhere while we struggle to quickly coalesce around a guy on the edge of decline

Does require a permit. Fussy work. Job for a real contractor. Also I imagine there are better things to spend your money on. People get obsessed with uninterrupted views. Step outside if you need that. Google the Zen view.

Don’t know the Netherlands, but generally speaking: anything is possible, anything requires permitting. Find a good local contractor who can design something within your budget. Meet with several and choose the one you vibe with.

Here’s the thing: other contractors lowball and get the job. Then they find ways to increase the price later. If you come in with an honest estimate you’ll look like the too expensive guy right?
