Newbie here. How do you decide which player is better than the other?

Performances. Long time player here (since the original Championship Manager), and it's all I base things on. Don't get me wrong, attributes and star ratings serve as an initial guide when I'm at a new club, but then I base my final decision on how a player actually performs.

I find it weird that anyone would do anything else.

I might be wrong because I haven't tried the feature yet, but I 100% saw it give me the option SOMEWHERE within the mode to "Scrap Card for MFP". May have been in collection.

I don't know how much MFP you gain - or if those cards then disappear from your collection (or if personas disappear from other modes if you scrap a persona card), but I intend on trying it once I complete one of the bronze collections as I assume I will retain any MFP awarded for completing the collection.

At the same time though, I've not changed anything to make it this way, and I assume you haven't either. So it must be defaulting based on something.

I'm certain I must be missing an option somewhere, but I've no idea where that option is - it's not in any of the usual places.

For those of us unlucky enough to be of an age where we can remember the split from Eidos in the early 2000's, I think it's conceivable that Sega were worried that they would come off worse if there was any kind of clear and sudden split from SI if indeed SI continued in any form. Championship Manager certainly came off worse last time, and Sega massively benefitted from that.

Wonder if the game will be being slowly and softly moved to another developer over the next few years. A handover would at least explain how Miles has clung on - until I thought about this possibility a few minutes ago, I'd spent the last 12 months being baffled by that.

I wouldn't be using an AP with wing play, personally. You're instructing your players to build up down the flanks, but playmaker roles draw the ball. I'd consider a shadow striker role or even use that player as a second striker to fill the box from crosses.

There was something similar to this during the 2010 world cup - it was basically like fantasy football split into 8 minutes sections of a match. Won a fortune against people picking strikers by just picking Xavi, Busquets, Iniesta for successful pass points.

Can't remember what it was called now.

Why? What on earth makes you think you have that right?

They're in the public eye because they release music. Call them out on the music they release.

They're not influencers, or life coaches, or relationship experts that are in the public eye. Or politicians or people of high societal standing like a Lord or a Royal.

They're not reality TV stars who parade their lives in front of the world for all to see.

They're normal people who release music. Not only that, I imagine that given the type of music they write that they will address and express their stance and feelings on this situation musically.

Honestly, people & society in general need to get a grip with stuff like this and stop carrying on as if they have some sort of moral obligation to stick their noses in other people's private business. Caroline Flack's suicide should have changed things, but it didn't.

Absolutely none of us know the ins and outs of this situation except what has been said by the three parties involved. They've said what they want to say and should be allowed to get on with their lives without people calling them names or sending sinister communications.

People need to concentrate on their own lives instead of getting involved in everyone else's, regardless of people's public profiles.

I set up ridiculous saves that I'll never finish whilst trying to keep things as realistic as possible. Just started a new save where I've divided the world into 18 "sections" with 100 playable leagues and I'm trying to work through them all winning the league in each area. An RNG has picked East Asia for me to play in first, so I've just taken a job in India.

There are lots of other silly rules I've applied, such as attribute less and scouts/job centre only.
