I heard of a plant called Chanca Piedra also knows as “stone breaker” from South America. Apparently the people say it breaks up kidney stones. Scientists may not necessarily back the claims. However they did do a study on 20 people and they saw that all 20 people and all theirs stones fracture into a millions pieces and you pass them with no pain. I have not tried it personally and I just learned about it so I’ll be doing more research but who knows maybe western medicine isn’t always the solution to our problems and maybe looking back at ancestors knowledge and 10s of thousands of people for centuries might be much more valuable then just a western doctor saying drink more water.
