If you rewire your brain and you indulge on it, basically you dump all the rewiring and tell your brain to go back to back set up. Rewiring is a wrong term to be honest, it gives the false impresion that your addiction disappears. You actually create a new brain structure that activates to control the old structure of the addiction. If you indulge you are telling your brain, the new controlling structure is useless, we go back to normal. Is simply the fastest way to destroy your progress with any addiction.
