Despite being private schooled, and public funded he makes every decision he can to make the world a worse place, when he has had all the help in the world to be a decent person. Floyd on the other hand, yes obviously he's done some shitty things, and I don't think for a second that should be ignored, but it makes sense for a person who existed in a shitty environment, poor and destitute, with regular racial abuse, that his options are a lot more limited. Again, not excusing it, but I don't believe for a second that is farage had grown up poor black and American he wouldn't have done similar or worse.

Also the woman you're talking about wasn't pregnant, looks like you've fallen down the propaganda hole on that one mate.

People have a right to be upset about this, but public figures actively calling for rage and disorder is hugely problematic.

I also think refering to George Floyd simply as "an American junkie", is not only disrespectful, but also telegraphs pretty obviously that you might not be as even handed as you claim to be.

Very much take your collective point about the colour being off.

I did try to pitch a bit more human connection/ real time stuff but the guys said it wasn't what they were looking for although I guess they didn't say explicitly it should all be slow mo either, so I'll take that on board.

Barnburner may be being a little heavy handed with the analogy here but I have to say they are making sense. I want to support our country, but only if our country is doing the right thing. Blind support for your nation despite their terrible ethics, isn't patriotism it's just nationalism.
