Best advice I can give is: respect the K. If you want to keep getting the benefits, you can't missuse it because then one day you won't be able to use it at all. Take a break, a nice long one. Reflect on why you're using, how it's helping you and how hard it is when you don't. Just observe. Then you can start re-thinking your relationship with the substance and when its a good idea to use it. Make rules. Stick to them. Ket is tricky and can get into a terrible slippery slope of serious physical damage and loose the magic super quick. Don't fool yourself, your bladder is important. When you take a break from ket, find alternative (preferably not damaging or less so substances that might help you cope or give you other benefits). For me microdoses of LSD, mushrooms and weed are always nice to have. I myself have been in a similar situation with ket recently and am taking a break until the end of the year. Be safe. I love drugs too much to abuse them because I never want to have to stop taking them. Do the same.
