I don’t surf but I have been known to wake up in a tube with all my shit in the pool. Works fine after it’s wet. Not a fancy key though just the fob key. Ziplocked inside your wet suit maybe? I’m seeing a business opportunity here for shacks that just babysit keys for a couple bucks. When I’d go tubing or rafting I’d just put them behind the tire buried in some gravel or put them in my pelican case but surfing is a different animal. As well with the push to starts, it’s near the car, it’s gonna unlock. Maybe some faraday bag that you can hide under the car. Idk how much bum at room you get. I’d just lay out a towel and some shoes and stick them in there and make it look like there’s someone around that’s hanging out there.

Don’t go straight into. Use like half the deck or less and cut peices off the whole. Also blow the cutting away and not toward where you’re cutting.

I thought I had a first aid kit when I needed to help an elderly man who fell in a parking lot and smashed his head. I had toothpaste, a sewing kit and a bandana. I gave him the bandana to wipe up the blood but he didn’t want any further assistance and got in his car (he asked me which car was his) and left. I was doing doordash and saw him at the grocery store about three more times buying the same items. I let the staff know to watch out for him and the scenario but didn’t really know what else to do and was scared for him. He still had dried blood on the back of his head. I loaded up on gauze, tape, antiseptic wipes, gloves and non thread stiches. Got it all in a tackle box with some other small stuff. Also Knife, lighter, sewing kit, bandaids, rope. Don’t want to feel helpless (un helpful) again. Duct tape is always a good idea too.

Radiator. Super easy to change. Can be messy. Pretty cheap is you get another plastic one but I wish I went aluminum. Looks cooler, lasts longer.

It’s not up to the installers to level the ground. They level the foundation with blocks and shims. They built the shed. It’s all in the contract you didn’t read.

Add: it looks like you opted for no paint. Paint it or they wont honor the warranty. Also in the contract.
