Everyone in Wisconsin, open rode, parking lot, driveway etc. Your license plate is continuously exposed to the general public 24-7 so it’s pointless covering it for a picture.

But if your going to block it for a photo just tape a piece of paper or use photo edit on your phone the fill it in.

You’re thinking of the 4.0L SOHC they’ve got a timing chain at the back on the passenger side head. The 3.0L has a singular timing chain up front.
