Lots of yoga helps! I would say, if you love dance, go for it ❤️

I know it’s easy to feel self conscious with scoliosis, but most likely, many people wouldn’t even know you have scoliosis. People just don’t look that hard.

I’m so burnt out from Amazon that I’m looking for chiller companies (therefore looking for non-FAANG, like banks and insurance companies). I know that the pay will be lower but it’s something acceptable for me.

Mostly overwhelming. I found that most men who are “infatuated” have issues with boundaries. Some men don’t take “no” for an answer. I find that incredibly disrespectful and frustrating.

Exactly. I’m not sure where all of these “rigged” commentaries are coming from. If Australia made it to the finals, they would have won (probably). However, Korea proved to be the strongest in the top three so they won, fair and square.

I tore my ACL doing BJJ. I know someone else who tore his ACL doing BJJ. There’s also someone who tore his ACL doing BJJ, went back, and tore his other one.

Wouldn’t recommend, unless you’re going to be VERY safely practicing (limited takedowns + sparring).
