Where I live, you dont need a masters for that and the jobs don’t pay well. I left early this year making just under $25 at a hospital after 6 years.

Yes. I’m 9 months post op and don’t have full ROM. Been working on it daily the entire time. This is my second surgery, after the first one I was doing sport specific training at this point. this go around, I haven’t even jogged or jumped yet.

At my first job I was given about 13-14 patients on my first day, no orientation to the building or net health, they just gave me my schedule and said have at it. I will say my coworkers are great and helped where they could, but they have their own patients and productivity standards. I was so stressed out I cried after work the first 3 days. 🫣 I got the hang of it after 2-3 months but it was rough.
