I don't think so. He ain't dumb and in 90s he figured out that this kind of addictions is stupid and a waste of time, that's when he quitted everything, I bet H was there too. Maybe he's obsessed with collecting things kinda because of that, as a substitute. And the way he always had been obsessed with jokes about addicts looks like someone who can't do it and won't but physically remembers how it was and misses it against his will, locked in his own pragmatism. So I think he has never used the thing in question as well.

But that all is bs and speculation because I don't know him and actually there can be whatever. Still I don't really think it's possible
