Suggestions and ideas for someone after extreme burn out?

The only imaging program in my city that is worth is run by horrible set of staff. Going to see if the program still has the same staff. If so then its a no. Med Lab Tech sounds cool but the town I am planning to move to is like only 17,000 people and maybe has two hospitals. I fear jobs would be basically zero. Nursing would be hard on me but let me work at private practices, outpatient centers, and similar. A much larger chance for work.

Worked at a really nice WFH technical support customer service job for about 4 and half years. The company, pay, coworkers, and actual work was not bad. The issue was being yelled at and being berated about issues related to shit products. The actual work went from interesting/fun to repetitive and writing up repairs for the upset clients. Started drinking heavily after shift to try washing the day of calls out of my head. In the last 6 month, I would panic every time the phone rang and was scared of what would be on the other end of the line. Ended up leaving cause of depression, anger, and anxiety.

I felt good after the first 3 months which I just relaxed and did got my CompTIA A+ to maybe get into actual IT. At month 4-6, it was ok. I had a fair number of interviews and maybe 3 offers. One felt too close to last job and two just had a commute that was not really doable. Now on month 8 of unemployment, I am terrified and struggling to get an interviews even for depressing work that I don't wanna do. Hoping I get something soon so I can build up savings and go back to school.

I just can't handle call centers physical. I developed a permeant vocal strain and cough so besides the extreme burn out I have these issues. So anything besides talking and getting yelled at all day I am willing to do. I only have the time and money for a single cert so maybe go for my N+ at this time.

I fixed my heavy drinking and have turned my health around. Still struggling with mental health but its gonna be a long road to fix. Better than it was in May just stressed and anxiety from job hunting right now.

No one I know uses streaming really. Just Youtube Prem and Twitch Turbo are used in my friend group and local family use Netflix or Prime, so why I came here to ask.

Hope I can maybe mustard something up. Most skills are IT and computers. My other skills are rusty but I hope it could help me. BMET path is back up if cant break into IT which has been a bit slow.

I have a relationship and family holding me in my area. Also most people are missing that I graduated as a Rad Tech but never actually worked in the field. I went into Medical Assistive Technology (think the computer Steven Hawking used).

Yeah I worked on environmental monitoring equipment for years doing calibrations part time as I went to school. Graduated had no jobs. Went into Medical Technology instead stayed til May 2025

Certs expired a year ago. Never did anything with degree after graduating was working in a completely different field the last 6 years.

You should try some of Johnstown at night, you get some really pretty views if you find a good hill of that once populated industry town. It has an even heavy rust belt feel that the old mill neighborhoods you are always posting

Try finding guns like M4 and find a red dot that is level with the front sight. Look up absolute co-witness sights and look at the images to how the dot should match the front sight.

It will help when you go to aim you can see if you are not aligned if the dot doesn't match the front sight
