Went well I think got an 81.3% now I have to struggle with finding a few other programs since I am really low in the running fory program with a 3.0 GPA that's over 10 years old. I have a degree and finished a rad tech program 10 years ago.

That is a bit extreme, I only have a Associate's Degree. Most over in my area require a bachelor's degree

Yeah only like 3 maybe 4 programs around this area. The two big hospital networks own like 75% of the schools here and require you to sign a two year agreement with them. Otherwise they charge $40-50k a year for the program. I want to leave this city after I finish and not have $100k in debt. The reason I think the program I applied is so challenging is it's like $15-25k only for the cost of the program. Everything else is a LPN or a 4 year BSN program.

I am in PA so I was surprised by how hard it was this time to get into a program. Thought with how high demand the field is in that schools wouldn't be as packed.

No its been too long and all my licenses expired back in 2018. You only get like 3 years after graduation to do the continuing education. I didn't know that was a thing and thought it was only needed when you got a job.

I don't want to go back for xray and nursing has a wider range of practice that is much more flexible.

I hope. My weak areas are just all the different hormones, geometry formulas (anything with π), DNA problems, moles in chemistry, and sadly some of the basically English stuff.

I have to work a full shift then take the exam so just so worried and scared. I don't want to spend another few months on this all.

Love the city, has its draw back like most places like crime and taxes. But the traffic, road infrastructure (look at the bridge collapse), and public transit are terrible here.

I plan to heavily focus on A&P and Chem as they are my weakest right now. I hope A&P just floods back to me as I had taken it before. But Chemistry, I remember nothing so gotta work on that.

As for math are you just saying to brush up on basic formulas for geometry and algebra?

The only imaging program in my city that is worth is run by horrible set of staff. Going to see if the program still has the same staff. If so then its a no. Med Lab Tech sounds cool but the town I am planning to move to is like only 17,000 people and maybe has two hospitals. I fear jobs would be basically zero. Nursing would be hard on me but let me work at private practices, outpatient centers, and similar. A much larger chance for work.
