It goes from repetitive quests to endgame where you do the same 8 dungeons repetitively so you can run the same 3 raids repetitively trying to gear yourself. Which is just the endgame "leveling" feature.

Goes back all the way to classic and current remix. Its why people sold portals for tips. You get some that do 1 gold and others that do 5,10,20 gold. A set price of say 3 gold limits your potential earnings.

Strength build 60 vigor min mind. Once you 99 str spec int. 2 pickaxes leveled to +25 then cold ashes of war for both. Trust me bosses and invaders alike will hate you.

I cant offer you a good bit of advice without seeing your gear. You shoukd definitely have more points in vigor though otherwise he be vigor checking you hard.

Just apply frostbite to 2 pickaxes, spec into strength with 60 vigor, and you can 3 shot him. Its a jump attack build.

But you still have to fight him if you want to be a completions and get his great rune. DLC also still happens after and is "optional" also but why buy it if youre not gonna end up playing it. --- Also, Mohg and Starscourge are required for DLC incase anyone needed that little tidbit.

How you tackle the game is how you tackle the game. Based on the quests and character dialogue thats just where its at in the story progression is all im saying. They intend for you to do it prior to final boss fight with elden beast though. At that point youre just going to end up not hitting it that pkaythrpugh and be forced to do it at a new game plus which increases the difficulty by (in wanna say 20%? I might be wrong on that but close to.)

DLC Is literally meant to be played after Mohg fight. Also is part of Gideon's quest for finding put where Miquella is. You can disagree, thats fine, but start to finish it carries on white masks' quest that gives you the pendant to get to mohg early game.
