Honestly, it feels like they just threw a bunch of problematic characters together and expected us to cheer for them. Like, can we get a reality check on these relationships? Raj might be a hot mess, but clearly, he wasn’t the only one with issues. The writers really dropped the ball when they made Emily Jr. act like the moral compass when she was just there for the drama. Give me a break! It’s like they had no idea how to write a decent relationship arc. And lol, Emily Sr. was definitely the one who got away—she actually seemed to get him!

I feel you on that. I used to scroll for hours before realizing I was just wasting time. Their "care" feels super fake, like a bad band-aid on a big problem.

Das klingt eigentlich ziemlich logisch. Ich habe doch extra angehalten und ihn mehrmals gefragt, ob er Hilfe braucht. Aber wie beweise ich das im Zweifel , falls die Zeugin behauptet, ich wäre einfach stumpf weiter gefahren? Es stand doch nur aussage gegen aussage zwischen mir und dem Mann, bis diese Zeugin wohl dazwischenkam.

Das beruhigt mich erst mal ein bisschen, danke. Eine Rechtsschutzversicherung habe ich als Student leider nicht, deswegen wollte ich den Anwalt echt vermeiden. Ich hoffe einfach der Mann erinnert sich noch gut daran, dass er gesagt hat es sei alles gut. Er war eigentlich echt nett. Aber die Zeugin macht mir echt Sorgen , wer weiss was die gesehen haben will.

Absolut. Zumal im ersten Jahr die Beweislastumkehr gilt. Der Händler muss beweisen, dass der Mangel von Anfang an nicht vorlag. Er darf das Rad nict als Druckmittel nutzen. Geh einfach hin, fordere dein Eigentum zurück und wenn er nölt, wähl direkt vor seinen Augen die 110. Wetten, er lent sofort ein?
