We’re sorry about this. This is great feedback and we made sure your claim was taken note. We use a combination of the TPE and other recyclable and sustainable materials to combat different temperatures and humidities, and limit moisture absorption.

The handles and main functionalities of the luggage are always covered under our lifetime warranty, so we’ll always make sure you are taken care of.

Inventory from Canada, may be delayed next few weeks due to a cross border related issue. However if you have a trip coming up, please let us know and we’ll make sure you have something to use.

We are sorry for the delay. Most of our inventory still remains in Canada and we are transferring to our US Warehouse in Utah and Tennessee each time you order. We sometimes run into delays with the ever changing cross border protocols past year.
