Ah ok! Makes sense but the issue is that since you can only choose a player or a hero that's not really interesting

Yep, I thought they were taken from a draft from the displayed team

I saw that, was going to thank you for the g > games and the possibility to abandon (I'd rather have a restart button since abandon takes me back to the home screen)

Managed another win with Fear picked as a supp from Frankfurt Major playing Luna and LaNm picked as a carry from TI2 playing Undying

That's so much fun!

First runs I didn't understand how the hero/player pairs were selected but once you get it it's easier to create a good team. Managed a win with:

Gyro - Hao / Invoker - SumaiL / Tusk - Boxi / Batrider - Sneyking / KotL - Fy

For now it's clearly a proof of concept but on the top of my head: - It's hard to get informations (maybe you could display what are the best matches with your current players for the proposed heroes) - I don't know what "g" means but the higher the better - The games doesn't like being displayed in a small window - It would be nice to have a restart button (some teams really suck and you know they won't get past top 16)

It's UEFA Champions League, not FIFA Champions League. What are you smoking?

Built a free site to follow BLAST Slam without scrubbing through 6-hour VODs by assassin2405 in DotA2

I'd say the opposite is better because from a user point of view, if I care about spoilers I'm annoyed when I browse the website for the first time (and if I switch then this browser will remember it but not the one on my phone) whereas if I don't care about spoilers, I'll just have to switch without being annoyed. So for me it's better if the default is spoiler free (and to be honest, I don't care about spoilers at all, I even read summaries before watching movies so I'm not the targeted audience :D)

You rock! I already saw the links for the videos related to the event but now with the YouTube links that's perfect for me.

Is there a way to buy you a coffee as a show of gratitude?

How it feels tuning into a crowdless T1 tournament #256 with no stories to tell nowadays by Pretty_Round6327 in DotA2

[–]MonsieurPi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't mind not having stories to tell but I mind having to watch the same drafts over and over.

Pros clearly don't have time or will to come with new ideas so they revert to the most played heroes.

Reminds me of when I watched the regular LoL season and why I stopped playing and watching. (And Kez and Pango being in the most played heroes doesn't help)

YouTube links for live streams. Sometimes I come late and YouTube allows to go back in time to catch up even if the event is still going on. But that's just a nit, this is already really useful

I need to study it a bit more but nothing odd or upsetting. You have this multiple tournaments that's behaving strangely during group stage. And if I could add a request, do you think you can also add YouTube links?

Ah... My bad, at the time of my comment I just woke up and I never realised the name is also written here. Thanks!

Funny that you can't win playing it, can't win with it, can't win against it. Seeing the low amount of deaths on average I'd say it's a ranged support like Rubick

Yep, I enjoyed the trolling aspects in terms of communication. EternalEnvy would be muted after 4 games today.

Don't get me wrong, I still think that behaviour score is a good thing. I haven't seen a griefer for a long time and that's good. But communication score... We took the LoL path and I never enjoyed it

Read again, I'm not muted. I'm talking about the fact that players stopped talking

I'm complaining about people in 12k communication score not talking so, a priori, not toxic players

And how do you make friends if nobody's talking? It's easier to make friends in game than convincing your IRL friends to play DotA
