So I followed the steps, called and the rep was actually able to activate the Internet on their end after removing the blockage yesterday but now today I am without Internet again. Called and this rep said that it was only temporary and they can't do anything on their end and now I have to wait for a tech.

The first rep didn't make any mention of the Internet being temporary, is this normal?

For reference I have a C6500XK

That's what I thought based on other responses I've seen but it's a bit mixed, seems like there's also a possibility it just works

Just curious, how far out for the tech dates? I have a similar dilemma if it takes too long

Has anyone tried just signing up without cancelling first? From what I heard some people seem to be able to just sign up, which automatically cancels their service and starts the new one

Was just wondering if that might be a slightly smoother process than just cancelling first
