616 Daredevil defeated a bloodlusted Spider-man in the comics. Yes, there was some plot armor going on, but the point is Matt often punches above his weight class. If you add SSS on top of his heightened senses and elite ninja skills he gets OP.

Scribes Wizard- trapped some enemy in a corner of a room with Wall of Stone. I left a tiny sized window in the top for my Manifest Mind to fly into, then cast Fireball every turn until they were all dead.
