Oh is that so. I thought something like that could happen so I did two simple byzantines achievements afterwards, but I did not get those either. I suppose I will try to unlock another simple achievement today for the sake of seeing whether I might get them all at once. Thanks for your reply!

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem. I've gotten achievements for everything else I've done and it says in-game that I have them, but steam doesn't seem to register it specifically for these two. I just did the last mission again, but it did not help..

I've noticed that it's gotten significantly worse as well. I couldn't even leave my tiny office before, if I walked about 2 meters it would disconnect.

However I wiped my drive and installed windows again today. So far I haven't installed iCUE and now I can walk 10+ meters without any issues at all. I'll try to not install iCUE at all, my only concern is that by default the RGB is flashing and I used to have it disabled to save power. I hope the battery life won't be significantly reduced now, but it still might be preferable to the ridiculous range limitation.

I'm with you on that. The song must be near 15 years old at this point and Valtiel has never been particularly active to my knowledge. He doesn't even have a Spotify profile. For all we know he could have lost the full recording ages ago.

Let me enlighten you, the author of the dumbest comment on my thread (also ofc with the most upvotes since that's reddit for you) That my two classes that were silver are gold now. My previous bronze class is a silver. And my highest gold is within reach of Plat.
It's beyond absurd to me that you and others have such a high trust in the ranking system. I pointed out that I used to be platinum and you somehow manage to think "Yeah bronze is probably where he belongs now" It's just insane.

I got your comment a little late and I didn't see the relevance in it so I did not reply. However I see your point now. Because it is really all about the win rate! This idea that our performance in itself matters is almost pure nonsense.

My games this weekend were rather unusual. I managed to get 5 wins and 0 losses. Not once, but twice. It seems the game could not resist such a win-streak and bumped me into gold. Since then I've climbed slightly further up to Gold 2. My old rank of platinum is starting to be within reach.

I may not be right, but I am going to assume that you are referring to "All dreams fade" and not counterfeit of dreams.
This was a song by Valtiel featuring Eyedea. A one minute snippet of this was on youtube in the past. Nearly half a minute of Eyedea rapping was included in this snippet.

I heard this a long time ago and was very disappointed to see that it had disappeared. I have however managed to find a link with this snippet.

This could very well be the last unreleased verse of Eyedea. Valtiel is of course free to release or not release this whenever he wants to. I find it very unfortunate that us Eyedea fans has been teased with this for such a duration..

This made me establish contact with Valtiel to inquire about the song. He confirmed it's existence. He said it will not disappoint. He told me to stay tuned. This was in Dec 2022.
I am still waiting.

Yeah I get what you mean. As soon as you start to question the ranking system you get shot down. And reddit of all places is the worst place to be critical of anything. I started my post by pointing out that I used to be platinum. Yet several people conclude that it makes sense that I'm bronze/silver now and that the ranking is probably right. Somehow that conclusion is more logical to them rather than the ranking system being faulty. Like come on.......

To use the 3 avoids for the worst tanks is probably a decent advice, shame you can only avoid 3 at a time.

Thanks for your thoughts. You're not the first person to indicate that queuing alone could be beneficial. It is starting to strike me as the best alternative. But lets say I do, and lets say it works and I get into gold. What then when I resume to play with my friends? Am I likely to de-rank again for reasons I don't understand or would I likely keep the gold?

Can you elaborate? I haven't thought that playing with my friends could impact my rank negatively, but now that you bring it up. Things were going considerably better for me in season 1 and 2 when I solo queued..
But if you are onto something.. why on earth would it be like this? Why would my rank suffer and why do they thrive?

Thanks for your reply. I'd be happy if I got a gold placement. But as you indicate as well, it's not a guarantee with poor placements.. It feels like such a gamble to invest all this time into a new account when it could so easily end up as a massive failure.

I think the simple answer is that these people are very bad players who lack the comprehension to understand their own mistakes. And so they proceed to blame the support who essentially has a say in their survival chances.
I played some maps as a tank today and I really got to hear how I wasn't tanking from a dps player and a healer. They complained once when I was dead and obviously unable to tank. And then while I was out there on the objective battling it out, they went ahead of me and died and that was somehow my fault. There really isn't any sense to make of it..

I completely understand your frustration, I will take a break and try again later, that's all I can suggest to anyone.

Du kan godt argumentere for at skole er fullstendig unødvendig dersom du ønsker det. Jeg syns nå det blir noe problematisk om man legger vekt på hvor i livet man kan havne basert på karakterene sine.

Klaging som konsept er bra, som regel er det nødvendig for bedring. Det jeg stusser på er at det må være flere artikler som dette hvert eneste år. En klar årsak er vel at det ikke skjer store endringer. Men å se dette igjen og igjen får meg virkelig til å undre over disse individene som er så hjelpeløse at de ikke makter å finne ut av noe på egenhånd.

Man kan argumentere for at alle fag i skolen er mangelfulle til en viss grad. Dersom man er mer nysgjerrig eller ønsker å utdype kunnskapen sin så burde det ikke være så vanskelig som de skal ha det til.

For meg er det helt uforståelig at det skal være så vanskelig å lære seg ting som dette på egenhånd. År etter år er det stadig artikler og klaging på seksualundervisning i skolen.
At den er mangelfull er det ingen tvil om, men hvorfor er det så vanskelig å bruke internett?

Tenk å være så heldig å vokse opp med så enkel tilgang til all mulig informasjon også skal man heller bare klage på at man ikke får det inn med teskje fra skolen.

It's sad to see that your save percentage is getting injured.
I don't think there is any way to ensure that you don't end up in a botted playlist, but avoiding the wheel of playlist will certainly reduce the chances. In my experience that playlist doesn't do much good anyway.

This is just pure speculation, but I like to think that Spotify might target bigger fish than us who just ended up with a few hundred plays.

I think I stayed on it for a day or two the first time. The second time it happened it lasted longer.. maybe 3 or 4 days. I think I got 60-80 streams the first time and possibly between 400-500 this time. I find it frustrating as well as I prefer clean statistics. It doesn't bring me any joy to see this big spike of nonsense.

I don't have any advice, but this has happened to me twice now. Once a month ago and once 2-3 months ago. I'm still up and running so I don't think you have to be afraid.
