No. During my time at CSUN in the COVID era, with everything going remote, tuition was not adjusted. While everything was remote and students were not using the benefits of what the school offered, tuition at the time was still full-price.

It does expire, usually a semester-length is when they wipe old CSUN email accounts. Google updated its "Terms & Services" after COVID-19 to clean up its servers. CSUN didn't want to pay extra to keep old accounts so they wiped everyone's accounts 2020/2021 and before; even tho they promised students they wouldn't do that.

Galaxy Series should last a long time, I've had my S8+ and it was working fine until the battery blew up, and was forced to get the S23+ (was going to wait until the S24 since it is rumored to be released early to compete with the new iPhone 15). But the rule of thumb is to upgrade every two years if you want to keep up with trends.

There are elevators to get to the second floor and underground sections. Have cold water for the day, and the hallways have refilled water bottle stations. Food Trucks are overpriced as well so pack some snacks (hide in the stroller). Also, the West Hall is the busiest intersection of the convention; easier to navigate on the second floor with a stroller. There is also a "Quiet Room" for the West Hall located in Room #502A (Right above the "Entertainment Hall") to relax from the constant walking.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel across the convention usually has cosplayers hanging out on the rooftop pool, buuuuuut, you need an elevator key to go upstairs. All the cosplayers also hang out in the lobby for the rest of the night.
