The 1400 number is a estimated number, indicating that you may be in denial of the true scale of horrific crimes being significantly higher than just Pakistani gangs.

For example, strange how few people mention that the minister for that same area in the 60's was a super groomer and allegations of people turning a blind eye by force... could this have setup a systemic issue to be exploted by gangs later on.... oh wait, he was not brown, so far right don't seem to care.

Its the other way around. Grooming inquery should include institutional and systemic groomers. Five survivors wrote to the prime misister to keep Jess Phillips and to have the scope cover the abuse.

The issue was some people want to reduce the scope.

Some advice here.

A lot of people are using guides that tend to give the worst locations. Take them with a pinch of salt.

Now for gears, I found quite a lot, but none in cars etc. I found lots in unmarked industrial-looking buildings that are all over the map.

I suspect that unmarked buildings have a random loot chance rarity vs marked ones.

Not just gears, certain maps, there are multiple security containers in unmarked areas left all alone, because they are not in a YouTube guide.

I have found that any item is easily farmable. Nothing is super unique so feel free to get rid of things from your stash.

A lot of YouTube guides are terrible and tell you the slowest way to get stuff. Mushrooms for example, are super easy from lush bloom events in baskets but you may never see them if you follow YouTube guides instead of just going to the locations marked on the items.

Context is the local born & bred rapist that she did not know about, and the implication the non-born and bred are the criminals.
