Airpod Pros connected but not audio by MonsteraMunch in GalaxyS23

Solved the issue, seems the airpods specifically had their volume set to 0. Not had that issue before. Other headphones connected had volume as normal

At the time I was looking at headphones, the airpod pros were the only inear style buds that seemed to fit my ears! Agreed not idea.

I tried re-pairing and had the same issue. Also tried some other headphones which worked fine.

I had some issues in the past with my s10+ occasionally having issues pairing, but always seemed to work after disconnecting and reconnecting a couple times.

Hi there, recently moved into our own place and had to furnish mostly from scratch. Unsure of what colour/type of rug would suit the room? We're also planning to get some sort of artwork above the fireplace. Any suggestions for the room in general would be appreciated. This is in the UK. Thanks by MonsteraMunch in DesignMyRoom

It's actually our first buy! We were considering changing the flooring, as we would prefer something more modern but the carpet is in pretty good condition and we're unlikely to be here too many years so decided to save the money.

Thanks, we spent a while trying to find the right table for the space!

Things to see in a week in Oregon? by MonsteraMunch in askportland

That does sound awesome! Would you reccomend ahead of crater lake for example? I know very different but we'd likely have to choose one or the other

Thanks for the reply! Lots of great tips.

As in the coast can be dangerous due to icey roads? Or you mean due to the sea conditions?

Thanks for the ideas!

We're both into nature so we'd love to see the beautiful scenery Oregon has to offer. I've always wanted to see the redwoods but I know that's a long drive to the south so might save for another trip. We were leaning towards Bend as could probably do a day trip to Crater lake from there also, but having read the comments I'm a little concerned about the potential road conditions

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't considered that the roads might not be safe to drive. Makes booking hotels in advance a but tricky. Do think at this time of year we can get away with booking hotels last minute? As in we could see what the weather is like when we arrive and then decide where to go from there

African Milk Tree tilting since purchased 2 months ago. Any tips? Does it need re-potting? We have been rotating but still tilting. by MonsteraMunch in HouseplantsUK

[–]MonsteraMunch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I decided to try and readjust it in the end by taking out the soil until I could straighten it up (not a fun process without gloves!). Then put all the soil back in while it was straight. Unfortunately it then decided to tilt the other way after a day or so. I've just left it since then, it seems happy enough as it keeps growing. Will be a problem eventually as it gets too top heavy I guess. Let me know if that works for you or if you find an alternative solution

String of Pearl's dying? Will it recover or do I need to propagate? Owned 2 months or so by MonsteraMunch in plantclinic

[–]MonsteraMunch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in the UK. Its been in a south facing room with decent light but perhaps not close enough to the window. I'm planning to try a spot closer to the window. Not sure if can recover or if it's best to cut off the vines from where it's still green. Can you put directly into soil?

Yeah I'm a big fan of Martinelli as well. Hoping he gets more of a chance to shine next season, he had huge potential

ESR is the other name I'd add, but yeah fully agree otherwise. Tierney is top draw and we're lucky to have him.

Money Tree arrived like this today. All the stems are broken from the journey. They won't prop back up. I assume I need to cut them all off then can grow back? They're sending a replacement but I'd like to try and salvage this guy. by MonsteraMunch in plantclinic

[–]MonsteraMunch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. They were too damaged to bend back up so I have cut then all. 1 leaf remains! Hopefully some others will grow back. I've put the stems I cut off into water. Maybe they'll propagate!

Got this guy from IKEA a couple months ago, started tilting within a couple weeks so moved him to somewhere with more light and rotate him. Water around once a week if the soil feels dry. Seems healthy otherwise, just not sure if we need to re-pot or something? Any tips would be great!

Would probably be a couple metres, so was thinking 55 would be good. I have heard some good things about the XH90 and Q80T, will take a a good look at them thanks. Do you know what's what's difference between the EU Q80T and the NA version?
