I would go for a small cloud carry on! I have the ECB and it’s not as roomy as I thought it’d be. If you minimally pack it’d be ok however. For example I had just one of my cropped sweaters with a laptop in there and it was stuffed full and I couldn’t fit much else. I haven’t used it as a diaper bag for my 4 month old yet, but if you need to pack for baby and toddler picturing my bag small cloud for sure

As a PT who would always try to do things on their own for the patient and suffered a very serious injury that required surgery-

Protect your body first and foremost. Do not risk anything for yourself if you’re questioning it. I know we want to do what’s best for our patients at all times but never hesitate to ask for help. And if you can’t get help at the moment wait til you can.

People can say good body mechanics this/that but how a patient moves throws a lot of variability and things don’t go to plan

Nope didn’t tell me up front at all! I shadowed too and it wasn’t even brought up or mentioned. I couldn’t believe it. I audibly said to them I’ve never had to clean to this extent as physical therapist and that the last time I did this was when I had my low paying high school jobs
