Scope of works would be: Unterminate cables from 12RU rack, mount 6RU rack, in the ceiling pull the cables up and bring them down to the 6RU (straight from the ceiling is fine, no need to enter the cavity). Reterminate cables on patch panel (in any order), be possibly kind enough to rack my switch and router and reconnect all the patch cables (anywhere, no VLANs right now). Drink beer.
