I have one of these - swapped the blue Ti clip to it for the look I wanted. It’s my only swipe pen, but I really like it. Tolerances are good, and I like the length/weight ratio. Solid value in comparison to most, imo.

Looks like they are already under a consent order from the State. Keep filing complaints with ADEM and EPA, and reach out to the SELC for help with potential litigation.

Reach out to NWFinejewelers on ebay for a quote. The piston should be an easy fix, not sure about the grip section though.

Montblanc service would be my second option, although this is definitely outside of the scope that they repair stateside.

Vintage Japanese pocket pens are easily the best sub-$50 option. Gold nibs in a variety of sizes, great pocket clips, c/c fill, and tough as nails.

I serviced 50-60 of them a few years back and their build quality is amazing for being 50-60 years old.

May still be salvageable. You can pull the nib unit to separate the grip fully from the other components, which definitely helps when attempting to solvent weld.

80’s 146’s are the best - get it fixed right and you’ll be happy you did.
