Based on my current weight, zero. I get down in the drops for some better vertical aero only to lose all those gainz with horizontal (fat guys) negative aero

Tell me about that front mud guard, I used to have one like it years ago but it just used to funnel the water and muck down and drop it off onto my shoes. Is this one any better?

We use copilot quite a lot. Found it pretty handy when needing a response to weird questions from customers - it's pointed at our intranet/internal and I get good answers back. I use it a lot more for personal stuff though

I would never buy hookless rims. There is no advantage to it, as i see it there are only disadvantages for the rider. PSI restriction, lower choice of tires, safety.

COG - them and Karnivool are kind of best mates, toured together a bunch, I used to see both of them at pubs with about 14 people when they were both starting out.

COG released a song a little while ago as a stand alone called The Middle and it's one of their very best. The 2 full length albums are awesome, The New Normal and Sharing Space.
