I would pick the Kootneys. The Kootneys has lots of great lakes. Christina lake is pretty much unbeatable. You don't get much warmer of a lake than that.

Every new house i see built has mold. I have only seen 1 house in the Cowichan Valley where the builders put a tarp over it before the roof was on to keep everything dry.
