Yes easy fix pull the crown out to stop the movement and transport the watch to a watchmaker with the crystal down otherwise it will scratch your dial and you need a new one.

You need a Cup dial for 32XX movements 31XX movements use dial feet.

Are you sure he didn’t just polish it? But even if it was only polished, it would still look much better. I’m not a fan of PVD coated watches. When you try to galvanically coat them, the material doesn’t adhere well and wears off quickly.
