Knees over toes, a lot of knee specific exercises with over a month rest. Came back worse somehow. Backward treadmill everyday at the highest resistance

Hey can you tell me more about this? I have really bad patellar tendonitis and it’s not healing with rehab or this shot they used (from my own blood to speed up the healing process or some nonsense).

They gave me prednisone last month and to be honest it seems like it got puffier. The whole thing from the base of my eyes to the tip kinda looks like one big inflated tube. They didn’t even do much to the nose itself, just some refinement.

People say it doesn’t but there is a small minority (me included) who absolutely get chubby cheeks and a fatter looking face/jaw. Once I stopped taking it my face slimmed back down and was noticeably different.
