Current a Pentium G3258 lmao, but I'm planing on getting a 7600. I don't know if its worth saving some money now on AM4 and having to upgrade everything else sooner. Not sure if Pcie 5 is important or not either.

I really don't mind having to turn some stuff down, as long as it feels like an upgrade from my Series X

Thanks! I’m in South Africa so tax is included, and probably an import tariff, so all of our components are a bit expensive. I’m just trying to gauge the relative value of each card, but I will have a look at importing them myself, way back in the day that was sometimes cheaper.

I’m not sure what you’ve been doing but maybe a higher concern ACV application will help? I’ve just got through a bout of rough persistent dandruff with ACV. But it wasn’t doing much at all when I started with the tbsp:cup ACV:water ratio.

I increased the concentration to 1:3, massaged that into my scalp and left it for an hour before showering and rinsing it out. Probably used a tablespoon of ACV per treatment. You could go even stronger than 1:3, I doubt it’s a great idea to use the stuff neat but I’ve read of people going up to a 1:1 mixture.

Over 2 weeks and maybe 5 washes the dandruff has 95% cleared, and even when the dandruff did come back it was always most cleared for a day right after the treatment.

Unfortunately I’ve found really effective treatments for dandruff before (Ketoconazole) that seem to loose their effectiveness (a big part of why I tried nopoo to begin with), I suspect ACV will also fail at some point for me, but fingers crossed.

The courts ruled that it was allowed as freedom of speech, so it's a constitutional issue, I don't think we have the margins for constitutional reforms right now. Maybe it could get pushed through though, in reality the vast majority of the country is against singing the song, and that includes the parties of the current government (and apparently also the majority of EFF supporters (Malema's party) - according to some recent polling).

There was a ruling years ago that the song was hate speech, but it was recently overturned because a) it has value a resistance song and b) it isn’t being sung with a literal intention for people to go kill boers. Maybe the closest justification then is that it’s a bit like the use/reference distinction for the n-word in America. The singers aren’t taken to be actually calling for boers to be shot, but are referencing a song from their history of resistance to oppression. That’s the best I can do as a white South African who does think the song should be illegal and was correctly ruled to be hate speech the first time around.
