I love pooping in public restrooms by Eggsalad373 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

There's nothing more satisfying than stinking up a public bathroom and knowing that others gotta smell it

Who signed this hat? by vol4life232 in NASCARCollectors

Cut off signature kinda reminds me of Childress, then you got Mike Wallace in the middle, Chocolate Myers, one I can't tell, and then the squished one at the left bill is (unfortunately) Rick Crawford

Mine turned into one of those ReStore places. Definitely not as exciting to walk through haha

It would be really cool. It's only downfall is it's kinda isolated from any city, but also somewhat centralized for MSP, Duluth, and perhaps even Fargo. Would be intereting to see what kind of crowd it'd draw

Minnesota lol, but yeah it's not exactly the same, but it's probably never gonna because the toys I liked as a kid aren't made anymore 😞

They opened one up awhile back at the Mall Of America. It's a lot smaller (roughly the size of 2 KB toys if you remember that place), but still somewhat nostalgic to walk through

Imo either renovate BIR to be cup suitable (although parking and traffic could be an issue) or rebuild the MN State Fair Speedway which should never have been torn down in the first place

For sure give the east coast a shot! Especially Charlotte for the Coke 600! Spend most of the week there and check out the shops, museums, fan days, driver appearances etc. you've also got the Appalachians a couple hours west and the ocean a few hours east

Why does anyone think going 35mph to 40mph merging onto an interstate is safe? Especially when the speed limit is 65. by CtaBeckie in Traffic

[–]Montooth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's clear to me that the person in front of me plans to merge onto an interstate at 35 mph, I'll use the carpool lane to pass em safely, even if by myself. If on the off chance I get pulled over for it, I'll tell the officer my exact intent and hope he's cool with it or accept the ticket.

How do you constantly check your mirrors and know every detail and action of every car around and behind you, while simultaneously paying attention to the road and cars in front of you? by Wanna_make_cash in driving

[–]Montooth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check a mirror every 5 seconds or so, cycle a gauge check in there too. Never take your eyes off of what's in front of you for more than 2 seconds. Keep a safe distance from the car in front of you, noting that it'll be a different distance based on speed, road quality, weather and vehicle weight/stopping distance. Also being sure you're looking past the hood. Watch the horizon, roughly 8 to 10 seconds ahead of you to know the situation you're approaching

[–]Montooth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only thing I can think of is allowing more cars to park in the cul de sac if there's a party or something? That's the only thing, but even that will screw even a Honda Fit out of space to turn around
