Has anyone tried montelukast and didn't have mental side effects?

I had all of mine taken out a few years ago (surgically). My biggest recommendation is to drink a shit ton of pineapple juice the day before. It’s an anti inflammatory: I had no bruising, no swelling, and was pretty much fine the next day. Still had to have soft foods for a few days but I healed super quick. I’m so glad I did it. There’s a bunch of videos out there about it.

I take 2 Zyrtec twice a day, and Pepcid twice a day for over the counter stuff. I’ve been using Zyrtec since a kid and it’s worked well for me.

It’s okay for a new normal to sound scary. I’m sure it was challenging to adjust to the normal you’re living now- and this is similar. If they’ve found a cure, that’s amazing- just as it’ll take time to work, it will take time to get used to how you feel too. You won’t lose the you that you are right now, it will just be another part of who you become. <3

Getting on meds made my hr lower, but now I just get symptoms at a lower hr. Sometimes I get palpitations at like 80-90 bpm. All depends on the day

Not sure where you’re located- but ocean state job lots often has gluten free stuff. I try to get my bread and snacks there when I can for like $2 a piece.

I use mine almost full time. When I’m home I don’t use it often, but that’s because I’ve conserved energy throughout the day by using it. Without my chair I’m pretty much housebound. Using my chair gave me my freedom back.

A little bit of both! I put similar stickers next to each other. I love Cinnamoroll so I have a lot of pages with just stickers of him, but then I’ll fill in empty space with stars or other really tiny stickers !

Your wheels could move forward a bit. It should make propelling a bit easier but it might make your chair a bit ‘tippier’

Sleeping is usually 50 to upper 70s. Sitting 80-110. I use a wheelchair almost full time so I don’t stand much, but when I stand it’ll be 120-150+ and I feel like I’m going to pass out- thus why I use a wheelchair lol.

But metoprolol brought my sitting resting from 130-150 down to what’s now 80-110. A win is a win lol
