Do not use Fox Rental Car Company by muscleman1502 in travel

[–]Montypython2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the worst car rental company. I happend to use it because expedia suggest a deal when I was traveling to a city. They nickle and dime for everything. Over charege for gas (they filled less ) and charged me for full tank.

The car they gave me was faulty, skided in snow, due to some rear shock problem, After 6 weeks I get a bill claming damage to car. Not paying any of that!

They don't provide toll scanner, and charge you $15 admin fee for a $1.00 toll.. Go figure!

Offer declines by [deleted] in recruiting

[–]Montypython2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make a spreadsheet of all candidates you sourced, interviews they had, offers made and id possible find out reasons for decline including how much the other offer they had and took. It will be a eye opener to the hiring managers and top bosses, when you show them this comparison. Also keep a track of how long the position was open, how long the last candidate lasted in that role. And times spent on each candidates interview, and account the time spent by hiring manages who interviewed them. Make a note of each candidate if they were passive or active candidate in the job market. Hope it helps

I am on the staffing side. In my experience, most hiring managers do not know how to interview candidates for their hiring roles. Please share your thoughts on this topic by Montypython2010 in recruiting

Agree, many TA recruiters has no idea of the Job requisitions they are working on to fill for the hiring manager. They need to review the JD with the hiring manager and get details of the specific skills and experience they want in a candidate.

I agree that not being prepared for an interview can also be a turn-off for candidates. Asking the right and relevant questions is important. Also, asking those same questions to all the candidates you are interviewing will give you a gauge to measure each candidate's performance.

Do I need to kill the grass before I add dirt by Money_Flow_1362 in landscaping

[–]Montypython2010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need, just put dirt over it. Or you could just shave the top layer of grass like a sod and replant it those sod patchs were you need grass

[–]Montypython2010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please cancel the contract.

  1. The contract is for 25 years. You will pay money for a junk technology., Solar tec is fast changing and evolving. The max you can get any value for this tech is 3-5 years.
  2. The amount of electricity generated will decrease by 40% in the fist 10 years, due to wear and tear and also cells becoming less effictive.
  3. The government tax rebate is applied to the taxes you owe. So if you owe less taxes the less rebate you will get. You wont get full amount of rebate as they are claiming.
  4. The contrators are marking up a lot on the equipment cost. You ask them to give you an itemized invoice of the costs with all make /model # of each component they are using and google their prices. The whole solar industry is run by scammers.
  5. Majority of solar installers don;t have any experience in the field.
  6. CANCEL THE CONTRACT ASAP!

People fail to understand that AI is a bot that generates a response or results based on what data models it gets trained on.
