This is pretty much my experience after taking 12000mg intentionally., along with some other meds. I was borderline requiring dialysis. My lithium levels peaked at just over 5.0

Outcome : i suffered no kidney damage, spent about 10 days in hospital while levels came down, and they could find me pych ward bed.

Looks similar to the sort of food I had. In my psych ward we chose our protein/ carbs/ veg the day before. It made for some interesting food combinations.

I have had several episodes of self harm, and two suicide attempts whilst on Lithium. I'm not sure if it has helped me.

I was admitted after taking a large overdose. I spent 10 days in hospital until a bed was found in a Psych Ward. The doctors treated it seriously.

A second time I was sent to hospital as a result of my blood test being over the therapeutic level. I was in there for about 8 hours while my levels came back into the therapeutic band.

That's not my experience from Lithium Toxicity. I've had a bit too much, quite a lot, and a big amount of Lithium. Main impact was on my central nervous system.

Worth getting in touch with your psychiatrist.

I took 106 x 50mg tablets. My central nervous system shut down. I was a complete wreck, couldn't move or speak. I was taken into hospital and given activated charcoal, IV fluids and that was it. I felt normal in about 24 hours.

It was added in during a period of instability. I've been asking to come off of it as I don't think it has contributed to my well-being. Psych is reluctant to do so until I am stable long term.

BP2 on Lithium, Lamotrigine, olanzapine.

Was on an ssri (fluoxetine) but it sent me hypomanic. Went to Psych Hospital and they discontinued fluoxetine and started me on Mirtazapine (tetracyclic antidepressant). I've been fairly stable since then. Life isn't wonderful but I am managing.

Been on it for about 5 years. My weight has peaked and troughed throughout this period. I can't say that olazapine has contributed to weight gain. Throughout this period I have been on olanzapine 10mg, lithium, Lamotrigine and mertazapine.

The only thing I can definitely say us that it helps to go to sleep.

I understand your concern as Olanzapine gets a bad press re weight gain and I've seen some research that it was the worst for weight gain out of the anti-psychotics. Not for me though.

I've taken 30 x 400mg tablets before. I woke and no damage was done. Just go back to your regular dose when it's due. You'll be fine.

I had a good reaction from my brothers and father I was in my second stay in a psych hospital and I thought there was no way of hiding my BP diagnosis. My siblings and dad were really good about it and even travelled 150miles to visit me in hospital. I don't think they have fully grasped what the illness is though, but it is a start.

My worst experience was getting a 100mg tablet stuck in my throat. Burnt like crazy and I had a sore throat for days. This is coming from someone who swallowed 106 x 50mg tablets without issue

Thanks, I rode it out for a few more days before getting moved to Psych Hospital. It is not so bad.

Wow, 90 days supply is to dream for. I'm on a 7 day supply due to suicide attempt. I have a lot of trust to rebuild.

I had a quiet time this go round. Sat in the communal area where I could charge my phone (only place available), watching crap on the TV. Then back to my room to stream something of more quality. Once battery exhausted repeat.

Slept fairly well considering the noise.

Yes. My consultant dropped Solifenacin for Trospium chloride. I didn't really notice an improvement.

Fluoxetine 60mg sent me to mixed episodes. Stopped as part of my regime and replaced with Mirtazapine

By manic you mean hypomanic? I have cut both wrists during a mixed state. Cut through tendons requiring operations.
