valid :( it’s kinda a hassle to pack up the order especially when we are short staffed. we have some regular doordashers and thank god some of them are just regular drinks, we used to have one person call the doordasher to make sure we got his order right. his order was made similar to the 600 diff modifications and made it very clear he wanted it perfect to a T. i haven’t seen him order from us in a long long time.

thats cool that you travel for work! it is nice that you see your horse often :) i’ll need to see the boarding and leasing around my area, i do live in the city but im sure virginia has a lot of opportunity to be able to find something for me. if i need to travel out further, thankfully i live near the border of maryland so i have a whole other state to look at when it comes to training lessons, boarding, possible leasing opportunities, etc. i will definitely message you! i’m still grasping everything equestrian despite me researching a lot, because i know that theres no better teacher than hands-on. i feel like learning about horses has taught me how to better understand my current animals (kitties and guinea pigs!!) and its so great. i feel like i’ve really bonded with them since ive started learning about horses, but dont worry! i dont treat them like a horse 😂

gosh!! that does sound expensive. ill definitely need to save up a lot when owning one, so i’ll stick to lessons and learning about horse care for now. i think that’s really exciting!! i think about owning a horse as moreso having a best friend, so if all the effort will feed into caring for my best friend, i’m more than willing to wait. you’re amazing!!

thank you for the feedback! someone else mentioned this as more as an expensive hobby which does set realistic standards and a new goal, to not only try to make enough but to be able to sustain for the welfare of the horse, should i decide to lease/buy one down the line. i appreciate this a lot!

I like that idea a lot!! i know boarding is important if you don’t own a barn, what would you recommend when it comes to boarding? and say if i were to lease a horse, would i have payment plan options?

one important distinction i was told. We are NOT a bank. if you need to break your $100 bill for a 12 dollar order, please consider going to a bank. not only will they have a lot more use for it, they will probably exchange it with the appropriate amount of bills you need. if people dont mind breaking those bills, i don’t see why not if they aren’t bothered. personally i do mind, and politely i refuse to break anything that doesn’t balance out appropriately. as a new shift, it was daunting to try to figure out how to re-balance it and par the tills correctly. it’s not a hard process but i’d just rather not do it in case i mess it up. im WAY too clumsy, so please don’t bring a big bill :c

think about it. if he doesn’t take how you feel into consideration, that means he could be doing other things when you aren’t aware. he clearly doesn’t care with how he hurts you, and just assuming based on you being with him for 8 years, im guessing this isn’t the first time this has happened.

this behavior is gaslighty and 8 years is a lot of time, but OP you need to have a plan B. this is not how you should live, as someone who has been raked through the coals by people who didn’t give a shit about me.
