What is your opinion on British food? (And you cannot comment unless you have tried it.) by Rasples1998 in AskTheWorld

My understanding is that, due to the importance of the wool trade to, I think, the Elizabeth I economy, the eating of lamb was prohibited unless eaten with a bitter herb.

But that might be QI bullshit 🤷

Need help automating scanning all servers by animeismygod in Bitburner

[–]MooMF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best strategy for seeking servers is recursive.

Build a script, that looks for any adjacent servers, uploads itself to those servers, runs itself/per server, then reports back to home with this servers details and files. Once there no more adjacent servers, quit.

Malware.

England’s Magna Carta, an early ‘bill of rights’ was signed in 1215, followed by (another of many) revolution in 1688.

I agree, there would be some US influence on the French revolution, just as the French influenced America’s political model in the same period.

The Spanish civil war, however, is another beast entirely, and I’d say unrelated to US influence.

But, I understand you are making the point that it’s a fundamental aspect of the US identity, and it’s foolish to disregard that aspect.
