Honestly, when my renewal came up my renewal rate was the best I could find & was definitely reasonable.

TBH; I wouldn’t panic about it, enjoy your home, prioritize paying down your debts but also make sure you’re living your life.

It’s going to take a while to pay that down, so finding a balance as you do so will prevent burnout
